White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan–one of Bush’s most loyal “yes” men–showed that he’s the kind of guys who puts “ho’s before bro’s.”

Although President Bush will likely support friend Rick Perry for Texas governor, McClellan is pulling for a different horse in the race: His mom, Texas Comptroller Keeton Strayhorn, who is running as an independent.

“My mother cares deeply about Texas, and she has my full support,” McClellan said.

Fighting words in the West Wing? Not to worry, McClellan said.
