Tabfusion App Brings Dropbox Galleries To Facebook Pages

Cloud storage service Dropbox introduced the ability for Facebook users to share files within groups last September, but page administrators could not bring similar functionality to their pages until tab application provider Tabfusion stepped in.

Tabfusion Friday released an app that allows page admins to add either a single Dropbox gallery or a gallery with subfolders and photos to their pages.

According to Tabfusion, users simply authorize their Dropbox accounts and select folders within their photos folders as the app’s source location, after which they can add and remove folders and photos, with the app automatically updating changes in real-time, as well as detecting the type of Dropbox folder being shared and displaying the proper type of gallery.

Tabfusion added that unlike on Dropbox itself, there is no download option, so users’ original photos are protected, and also unlike Dropbox, there is no daily bandwidth limit.
