Her replacement will be named Tuesday

Gannett announced today that Susie Ellwood, the former CEO of its Detroit Media Partnership, has been named vice president and general manager of USA Today. According to a statement, Ellwood will manage day-to-day operations at the newspaper and report to David Hunke, the president and publisher.
