- Surface Media has named Stephen Pulvirent executive digital editor. He previously served as associate editor for Bloomberg Pursuits and watch-industry site Hodinkee.
- Hearst has promoted Michael Gorman from vp of consumer sales for the Houston Chronicle to vp of consumer marketing for Hearst Newspapers. He will continue in his role as the Chronicle’s vp of circulation.
