Super Bowl XLVII: Tracking Tweets From Inside The Stadium [INFOGRAPHIC]

The Super Bowl generated a frenzy of activity on Twitter, but what about tweets that were sent at the actual game itself, from folks in the crowd?

Using a point-in-polygon technique to isolate geolocational data from MetLife Stadium, Media Miser monitored thousands of tweets sent only from the venue (and its parking lot) during the Super Bowl weekend. And the results? 52 percent of all tweets were sent via Twitter for iPhone, 81 percent were sent by men and Marlon Wayans was the most-followed Twitter user in the crowd.
