CBS’ “Face the Nation” draw the most viewers out of all the public affairs show last Sunday. They are won the key A25-54, bringing in 915,000 viewers. This is the second week in a row at the top for CBS. ABC’s “This Week” was second over all; NBC’s “Meet the Press” was preempted due to coverage of the Monaco Grand Prix.
The wins for “Face the Nation” come just as the CBS show finishes the 2013-14 season first in both total viewers and the A25-54 demographic. It was the best audience in total viewers for “Face” in 21 years.
ABC’s “This Week” was second for the season, followed by NBC’s “Meet the Press” in third, “Fox News Sunday” in fourth and Univision’s “Al Punto” in fifth.

“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in just 50% of the country.

Compared to the same week last year, only “This Week” is up in both ratings measurements, growing +18% in total viewers and +21% in the A25-54 demo. “Face the Nation” is down -11% in total viewers and flat in the demo, “Fox News Sunday” is flat in total viewers and down -9% in the demo, and Univision’s “Al Punto” is down across the board.
Cable replays of “Fox News Sunday” averaged a combined 1,368,000 total viewers and 282,000 A25-54 viewers.
