Store Gadget Accessories With Grid-It

If you have a lot of electronic gadgets you probably experience a common problem carrying a variety of accessories for the gadgets. I used to carry a bunch of headsets, USB cables, storage card readers, and USB thumb drives in the accessories bag of my backpack, but that creates the problem of fishing out a desired accessory from an overloaded pouch. The picture above shows a solution that I am currently using, the Grid-It! organizer from Cocoon.

Grid-It is a flat board, covered with cloth, that has a weave of rubberized elastic bands on one side. You slide objects under the bands, which hold them in place. My Grid-It is a little over 7 inches wide and 9 inches long, and it is holding a couple of headsets, a micro USB cable, two USB thumb drives, and a Kingston MobileLite storage card adapter. The Grid-It comes in a variety of sizes, from 4 inches side to 15 inches wide.

I carry the Grid-It in my backpack’s main compartment and it holds all of the items firmly in place. When I get to work I simply take the Grid-It out the bag and place it on my desk to provide me quick and easy access to the accessories that I use the most. I have been very happy with my purchase, which I bought on Amazon for $15, and if you are looking for an accessory organizer, I recommend Grid-It.
