Stephen Koff has been the DC bureau chief for the Cleveland Plain Dealer since ’98. Besides directing and participating in the bureau’s coverage of Washington, he also contributes to the paper’s Openers blog. Before coming to DC, he wrote in Cleveland for the Plain Dealer, and also reported for the St. Petersburg Times, St. Petersburg Evening Independent, and Cincinnati Magazine. But today he’s our Friday Feature:
