State Of The Media Jobs World, February 2011: Same Old, Same Old
We’ve run the numbers on four media job boards again and…don’t have much to report for February.
Mediabistro.com’s board and Journalismjobs.com both finished the month ever-so-slightly lower than when they started, but both are tracking far above 2010 levels.
Meanwhile, the uber-big PRSA board (averaging 2200 jobs on a given day) and the niche bookjobs.com (averaging 115 jobs on any given day) finished the month at basically where they started. Does this mean we’re at a lull in the recovery? Have media jobs peaked? We’ll continue to track these numbers and keep you informed.
