Star Wars: Galactic Defense Receives First Major Event

DeNA has announced the launch of the first major in-game event in Star Wars: Galactic Defense, its tower defense title released last October. The event is called “Attack on Echo Base,” and it will see players on both sides of the Galactic Civil War battling for control of the frozen planet of Hoth.

Each day, players will be able to compete against their friends in the new challenge mode, working to climb the leaderboards and earn boosted experience points, in-game currency and other rewards.
