Springpad adds Offline Access, Android Tablet Support to its Note Taking App

SpringPad will be showing off a couple new features this week at Google I/O.  First it added a new feature to its Chrome app. You can now use the app while you are offline, thus cutting the chord.

It has also just announced a new update to its Android app which takes advantage of  Honeycomb features including optimized display for the larger screen size found on tablets and widgets to create, save and view their smart notes for immediate access on the tablet home screen.

Of all the note taking apps, SpringPad probably has the broadest support. It has apps for iPad, iPhone, Android, and Chrome, and this gives it coverage of most major platforms (OSX, Windows, iOS, Android).
