Souped-Up Grouply

Grouply, which helps users to manage online groups from Google Groups and Yahoo! Groups, is adding social-networking features such as activity feeds, directories and the ability to promote groups via search-engine optimization, TechCrunch reported.

Grouply will also allow users to examine analytics about group and user activity, as well as allowing groups to run ads and collect membership and event fees and donations, according to TechCrunch.

And the start-up will soon add integration with Facebook and Twitter, TechCrunch reported.
