The Social and Tech Firms With the Best Company Culture
Twitter is the best company for culture and values, according to employee ratings on Glassdoor.
Glassdoor has released its top 25 companies for culture and values, and social media and tech companies made a good showing on the list. Twitter topped the list for 2014, with a 4.5 culture and values rating.
The ranking relies on employee ratings from the past year. Eighty-two percent of Twitter employees who reviewed the company said they would recommend it to a friend. Ninety-three percent approved of CEO Dick Costolo. According to one reviewer:
People are pretty energetic and motivated, but, fortunately, not up to the point of being aggressive or creating hierarchical cults.
