Twitter Experienced Service Disruption on Monday Evening (CNET) Some Twitter users were unable to access the network Monday evening, getting instead a greeting from its fail whale. "Users may be experiencing issues accessing Twitter. Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue," the company said in a status update Monday.
