This year’s Cyber Monday online shopping event was the most social ever, according to social media management platform Spredfast. Conversation about #CyberMonday was up 75 percent on Twitter compared to last year. However, social media chatter about Cyber Monday is still lower than Black Friday. USA Today There were quite a few good deals to be had on Black Friday this year, but as in recent years, some of the best deals of the holiday season won’t be found on the day after Thanksgiving. In recent years, Cyber Monday, the online equivalent to Black Friday, has eclipsed the Friday before Thanksgiving as the day to find the best deals. This year appears to be no exception.
