Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn - How Is Social Media Being Used In Ireland? [INFOGRAPHIC]

Did you know that Twitter is the second most-popular social network used by businesses in Ireland, with almost two-thirds (61 percent) of companies favouring the micro-blogging platform?

Facebook leads the way, with 70 percent of Irish firms active on that channel, and Linked (61 percent, tied with Twitter) and YouTube (44 percent) are also popular.

51 percent of Irish consumers talk about brands on social media, and 600,000 Irish users send more than 1 million tweets each and every day, with Ireland ranking as the country with the tenth highest number of Twitter users per capita.
