Marketers Spending More On Facebook, LinkedIn Over Twitter, Pinterest, Says Poll [STUDY]

Where is your company investing in social media over the next year?

According to a new survey by The Creative Group, more than six in ten (62 percent) of marketers say that they expect their firm to increase their spend on Facebook marketing in the coming 12 months, compared to slightly less than half (48 percent) for Twitter.

LinkedIn (51 percent) and Google+ (50 percent) also finished higher than Twitter in the poll, with YouTube (40 percent), Pinterest (35 percent) and Instagram (32 percent) taking the bottom three slots.

“Today, there is a social media component to nearly every marketing campaign,” said Donna Farrugia, executive director of The Creative Group.
