Twitter Users More Loyal to Brands Than Facebook Users

Have you ever followed a brand on Twitter or Liked their Page on Facebook?

It’s become an extremely common practice, especially on Facebook, where 45 percent of us have visited a brand’s Facebook Page and four in ten have clicked the “Like” button.

On Twitter, slightly less than one quarter have visit a brand’s Twitter profile, and about the same number of people have clicked “Follow”.

But that’s where the comparison ends, as it turns out that Twitter users are significantly more likely to stay connected to brands when they follow them.
