We Are Social attracts shop talent as ads boom
The rise of social media ad spend should make for some interesting moves in the digital marketing talent ecosystem during the coming months.
We Are Social seems to be getting out ahead of the pack, announcing today that Layla Revis—previously a digital strategy vp at Ogilvy & Mather—is now the social media agency's senior director. Revis was social media lead at Ogilvy for the Government of Mexico, LG Home Electronics and Lincoln, among other clients.
Revis told Adweek she was attracted to the smaller shop's "vibrant, international, creative culture."
