The LA Times, along with several other news agencies, has started posting an indexed repository of the recently released Sarah Palin emails up on its website. We pored through a couple hundred or so. First thought: Boring.
Admittedly, Palin does get some very fascinating hate mail. This one for instance:
The problem, from what we’ve seen thus far, is there’s no Palin in Palin’s emails. We’ve gone through about two months worth of emails without reading a single one that seems to have originated from her desk. The state of Alaska redacted 2,200 pages of Palin’s emails, so perhaps her words are hiding behind the big white “redacted” spaces that occupy much of the email troves.
We’ll keep looking, but we may be over it already.
