Snooping on our Scooping?

The New York Times notes that the ACLU and the Center for Constitutional Rights have indicated that they will sue the U.S. government in the name of ten journalists who believe they may have been spied on under the NSA’s domestic surveillance program. The plaintiffs named in the lawsuit from the Fourth Estate are journalist Christopher Hitchens and American Prospect’s Tara McKelvey.

Perhaps Hitchens merely hopes that the U.S. government won’t catch him at home acting
