Snipper for Android, BlackBerry & iPhone: Create Public or Private Video Broadcast Channels
The key word in social for 2011 appears to be “granular.” That’s what Google+ (“Google Plus”) seems provide in their new social network’s beta release. And, this is also what Snipper seems to provide.
Snipper lets you post videos to the entire Interent like, for example, YouTube. However, you can also define private channels that lets you choose who can subscribe to the videos you post in that particular channel.
Your video segments, Snipper calls them “films,” are limited to one minute.
