Reader Susi Kenna shared the screenshot below with SocialTimes, saying in an email:
A paintbrush icon appeared at the top of my toolbar. When I tapped it, a handful of Prisma filters popped up, allowing me to apply/choose from their set of artistic overlays from Van Gogh to Edvard Munch.
However, the Paintbrush tool was rolled out earlier this month, along with Groups and Scissors.
