Slate's Weisberg Launches FT Column

It’s the new everyone went multimedia. Ted Koppel is going to print and radio, and now it appears that Slate’s Jacob Weisberg will be a print guy too.

He’s turning his regular Big Idea column for Slate (which is owned by the Washington Post) into a weekly column for the pink Financial Times. His first edition, “Swindlers and Fixers,” on Washington lobbying, launches this week.

FT’s editor Lionel Barber called Weisberg a “star who will cement our reputation for witty and insightful commentary on business, economic and political affairs.”
