Slate's Bushisms

Aww, cute. Slate just developed their first widget: Bushisms. They’re randomly generated George W. Bush quotes for your Facebook/Myspace/Blogger page. So, basically, despite the presence of Christopher Hitchens and Anne Applebaum, Slate is unapologetically alienating the conservative-leaning segment of their readership. Nice.

On another note, Slate‘s Bruce Reed just wrote a hilariously detailed guide on how to avoid getting propositioned by Larry Craig while traveling through airports. It’s over 1000 words long, people.
