Single Women Rule Sets Blog Crawl

In an effort to rebuke the myth that “all single women talk about all day long is how to land a man,” Single Women Rule will present its second annual Blog Crawl for National Unmarried and Single Americans (USA) Week Sept. 19-25.

The blog crawl will direct readers to seven blogs, one for each day of the week, with contributors including Alternatives to Marriage Project executive director Nicky Grist (Sunday), filmmaker Michelle Cove (Thursday, the same day her new book will be released, Seeking Happily Ever After: How to Navigate the Ups and Downs of Being Single Without Losing Your Mind [and Finding Lasting Love Along the Way]), and Psychology Today‘s Dr. Bella DePaulo, author of Singled Out (Saturday).

Other contributors will include She’s Got Game, The Woman’s Guide to Sports (Or Just How to Fake It) author Melissa Malamut, dating blogger Melissa Braverman, feminist and activist Rachel Buddeberg, and bloggers Christina and Lisa of Onely.

There is some weird assumption that all single women talk about all day long is how to land a man, which is preposterous. I am so excited by the idea of opening up more thoughtful, soulful conversations during this Blog Crawl.
