TVNewser discovers that MSNBC’s David Shuster will take over the cable network’s 4pm coverage:

[A]n MSNBC insider tells TVNewser Shuster is taking over the hour, “at least through the elections but probably through the inauguration.” The insider says Shuster will anchor from Washington, D.C. and cover politics, while Melissa Rehberger will anchor from New York and handle breaking news.
