Word out of Orange County is that newsroom staffers at the Register have signed a letter protesting the posting of anonymous comments on the paper’s website that libel, level racial insults and slime reporters.
And a Postie tells FishbowlDC that “many of us think we either need to turn the comments off or police them a lot better. there’s some pretty nasty sh*t said in the comments section here.”
