Shoppers Are More Likely To Buy From Companies That Have Mobile Apps This Holiday: Accenture

Seventy-five percent of consumers say that they are more likely to buy from a companies that make use of mobile apps, according to a new report from Accenture Interactive.  In addition, 65 percent of U.S. consumers say they compare prices on a smartphone or tablet while shopping in stores.
The report surveyed 1,000 consumers in both the U.K. and the U.S. about their shopping behaviors in the context of digital technologies. The study found that 93 percent of consumers say that they are more likely to buy from a company that uses social media.
