The lawsuit contends that Google, Apple, Intel, and Adobe Systems violated antitrust law by agreeing not to recruit each other’s employees, Bloomberg reported.
Sandberg said in her statement that Google agreed not to recruit fewer than 20 employees that were involved in a 2006 partnership with Intuit, but she knew nothing about Google putting Intuit employees on a “do not cold call” list.
She added that after joining Facebook in 2008, she received phone calls from two Google employees who expressed concerns about the number of Google staffers following Sandberg to Facebook: Jonathan Rosenberg and Omid Kordestani, saying in the filing:
