sevenload Adds Deutsche Welle Channel, 3-D Search Results
It was no quiet holiday weekend for German social-media network sevenload, as the self-described “social-media network for photos, videos and Web TV” added a branded channel for German broadcaster Deutsche Welle and began displaying search results for videos and photos in 3-D.
The DW-TV channel will offer a total of 18 Deutsche Welle productions to the international English-speaking sevenload community, including business program Made in Germany, sports show Kick Off! and lifestyle program euromaxx.
As for search results, sevenload users can choose between the already-existing detailed and thumbnail view or the new Cooliris slideshow, powered by the Cooliris Embed Wall following the integration of the embeddable version of the 3-D application from Cooliris.
