Josh Friedland from The Food Section alerted me to the lamps above right, from West Elm, noting that they bear a striking resemblance to the Verner Panton Fun Lamp from my item earlier this week about the decor at Aquavit.
The West Elm lamps are $95, which is way more affordable than the $750 you’d be set back by acquiring the vintage Panton one. Too bad the West Elm ones are so damn ugly, and make the Panton ones look worse by association.
