Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold off some of his shares in the company, while former General Counsel Ted Ullyot, Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal all exercised some of their restricted stock units, according to Form 4 documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.
Ebersman sold 11,700 class-A shares at $24.26 apiece and another 11,700 at $23.90 each, leaving him with a total of 2,261,091 class-A Facebook shares.
Ullyot converted 53,865 shares of class-B common stock to class-A common stock in exercising his RSU, with Facebook withholding 28,107 shares to satisfy its income tax and withholding and remittance obligations, and Ullyot retaining 25,758.
Schroepfer reported two separate instances of exercising RSUs. In the first, he converted 24,965 shares of class-B common stock to class-A common stock, with Facebook withholding 13,027 shares and Schroepfer retaining 11,938. In the second, he converted 19,615 shares of class-B common stock to class-A common stock, with Facebook withholding 10,236 shares and Schroepfer retaining 19,379.
And Athwal converted 3,335 shares of class-B common stock to class-A common stock, with Facebook withholding 1,741 shares and Athwal retaining 1,594.
