Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman continued to sell off shares in the company, although the total number involved in his Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday paled in comparison with the 900,000-plus he reported last Tuesday.
Ebersman sold 11,700 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $46.21 apiece, and he now holds 639,262 shares in the company.
