Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg sold off another 283,318 class-A shares of common stock in the company, she reported in a Form 4 filing Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sandberg sold the shares at $74.338 each, and she now holds 5,131,127 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
In addition, the Sandberg-Goldberg Family Trust received 7,135 class-A shares as part of a pro rata distribution by Sequoia Capital U.S. Venture 2010 Partners Fund to its limited partners, and the fund now holds 22,920 Facebook shares.
And the Christopher K. Cox Revocable Trust donated 26,650 Facebook shares to a charitable entity. The trust now holds 76,945 shares.
Vice president and general counsel Colin Stretch reported in a Form 4 that he sold 10,000 class-A shares at $75.35 apiece, and another 1,000 at $74.90, leaving him with a total of 63,728 shares in the company.
And chief technology officer Mike Schroepfer revealed in a Form 4 that he received 2,384 class-A shares as part of a pro rata distribution by Sequoia Capital U.S. Venture 2010 Partners Fund. He now holds 263,838 Facebook shares.
