Schroepfer exercised 19,615 restricted stock units that were set to expire Jan. 11, 2019, and, following the withholding of 10,236 class-A shares by Facebook to satisfy income tax withholding and remittance obligations, he received 9,379 shares of class-A common stock. Schroepfer now holds 631,641 shares
