Sandberg reported in a Form 4/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday that she sold 228,958 shares of class-A common stock in Facebook at $63.436 per share June 5, and another 54,736 shares at $64.0995 apiece.
She also reported in a Form 4 that she sold 283,334 class-A shares at $68.095
