Facebook Chief Product Officer Chris Cox and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal revealed their trading activities in Form 4 filings Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Cox exercised 11,371 restricted stock units that were set to expire Aug. 25, 2019. He then sold 5,936 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $63.22 per share, leaving him with a total of 580,286.
Athwal sold 3,000 shares at $63.22 apiece, and he now holds 132,166 Facebook class-A common shares.
