Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg continues to unload shares in the company, reporting the sale of 283,334 more in a Form 4 filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sandberg sold 264,700 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $67.4116 per share, and another 18,634 at $67.9767 apiece. She now holds 9,232,400 shares in the company.
Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman also sold off more shares, reporting in a Form 4 that he disposed of two blocks of 11,700 class-A shares apiece, at $68.75
