Facebook Stock Moves: Donation, Sales, Revision
The Securities and Exchange Commission was on the receiving end of a flurry of Facebook filings Friday, as Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer donated shares to a charitable entity; Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer and Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold off more shares; and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal amended an earlier Form 4 filing.

Schroepfer donated 50,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock to a charitable entity, and he now holds 291,929 shares in the company.
Fischer sold two parcels of 18,000 class-A shares apiece, at $67.05
