Sandberg sold 283,334 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $64.6084 apiece. She now holds 10,061,753 shares in the company.
Athwal disposed of 28,000 shares at $63.76 each, and he now holds 122,807.
And Schroepfer sold off 25,000 class-A shares at $64.28
