Facebook Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer sold 25,000 shares of class-A common stock in the company and donated another 200,000 to an unspecified charitable entity, according to a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.
Schroepfer unloaded 25,000 shares at $54.90 apiece, and, factoring in the 200,000-share donation, he now holds 367,918 shares of Facebook class-A common stock.
