Scholastic's Kids Reading App Storia Wins Two Awards
Scholastic’s eReader app Storia has won two awards: the Cynopsis Kids !magination Award for best Educational Tablet-Based App, and the Creative Child magazine 2013 Preferred Choice Award for Interactive Children’s Book Apps.
Storia lets young readers read eBooks, as their teachers and parents track their progress. The reading app includes more than 1,300 eBooks, as well as interactive games, puzzles and quizzes that readers can buy from the publisher within the app.
To help encourage summer reading, Storia has launched the Scholastic Summer Challenge, a free online summer reading program.
