Royal Invasion at the US Capitol

Royal mania will ride into Washington next week when the Queen’s youngest son, HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Essex, is honored with a reception at the U.S. Capitol.  Hosted by Senators Thad Cochran (R-MS), Kay Hagan (D-NC), Mary Landrieu (D-LA) and Roger Wicker (R-MS), the event is being held to recognize the Prince’s work as International Chairman of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, an international self-development program to motivate young people to engage in a variety of voluntary and challenging activities.
