Rosen: HuffPo’s New Washington Editor

070516_ENTRosen_vl widec.jpgFishbowlDC has learned that Hilary Rosen will become the Huffington Post’s Washington Editor-at-Large and Political Director. An announcement is expected today.

Rosen will handle the website’s political convention coverage this summer and also recruit additional political, business and cultural bloggers.

Rosen (who gets her own chapter in John Harwood and Jerry Seib’s “Pennsylvania Avenue“) is the former Chairman and CEO of the Recording Industry Association of America and an advisor to many Democratic candidates. She is a partner in Berman Rosen Global Strategies. Oh and she laughed at David Shuster on MSNBC yesterday (although Matthews stuck up for his colleague, calling him “the best”).
