Roll Call: RLM Finsbury, Child’s Play Communications, SheKnows, and More

RLM Finsbury announced that award-winning ABC News correspondent Ned Potter has joined the firm as a senior vice president in its New York office. Potter will play a significant role in RLM Finsbury’s growing science and technology practice. Potter served as a science correspondent since 1987 for ABC’s “World News,” and also reported for “Nightline,” “Good Morning America” and the Discovery Channel’s “Discovery News.” He has covered stories ranging from space exploration and medicine to new technology and the Internet. Beginning in 2006, Potter also served as an editor for, managing a team of reporters covering technology, politics, medicine, business and popular culture while helping the network expand its digital media footprint. Stacy Callahan has joined Child’s Play Communications as account supervisor, in the agency’s growing entertainment group. Callahan brings 20 years of public relations experience to Child’s Play, including media placement, event management, strategic planning and creative development. She spent 10 years with Sony Pictures Entertainment, most recently as director, East Coast Field Operations. Edward Pachetti also joined Child’s Play Communications as account supervisor,in the agency’s growing technology group. SheKnows, a women’s lifestyle media brand, welcomes Samantha Skey as its chief revenue officer. As CRO, Skey will focus on growing and monetizing the company’s business by delivering innovative ways for the SheKnows community to consume and engage with its content. She will also work with advertisers to create and distribute meaningful custom content to SheKnows’ audience. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Skey served as chief revenue officer of RecycleBank. She also held the position of chief marketing officer at Passenger and served in management positions at CNET. (AdAge)

Khurrum Malik joined eXelate as the new chief marketing officer of online ad data and analytics. In this role, he will be responsible for global corporate and product marketing for eXelate’s smart data solutions. Mr. Malik brings more than 17 years of experience in analytics, mobile, and software industries, and previously served in leadership roles at Accenture and Microsoft.
