Roll Call: PPMG Gets an AOR, GKPR Gets a Big Fish

BEE-DO. BEE-DO. Good news in PR today.

Pollack PR Marketing Group (PPMG) was in a grueling three-month pitching process and discovered that its client, SodaStream USA, the leading global manufacturer and distributor of home sparkling water makers, has retained the agency as its Health and Wellness agency of record. According to a press release, “PPMG will develop PR strategies as well as influencer outreach strategies that will bring the brand’s health and wellness messages to life.”

GKPR, founded by one Matthew Krieger, who has a resume that could make some in this business smolder, was proud to announce his Tel Aviv-based agency has hired David Shamah, formerly with ZDNet and the Times of Israel. Shamah is now joining the “dark side” and becoming a PR pro. In fact, with GKPR, he will be its journalist-in-residence, where he “will work across GKPR’s portfolio of clients helping their respective executive teams develop high level original content.”
