Golin has sppointed Pamela Culpepper as the agency’s new chief people officer. In this newly created role, she will lead the agency’s human resources organization and oversee talent, development, performance, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. A veteran HR executive, Culpepper joins Golin from PepsiCo, where she was most recently the company’s global diversity and inclusion officer. She will report to CEO Fred Cook and operate as a member of the agency’s Executive Leadership Committee. Culpepper has held various leadership roles within PepsiCo for more than 13 years, including vice president, human resources for Quaker Foods and Snacks; vice president, human resources for PepsiCo’s Americas Beverages Supply Chain; and vice president, talent management and diversity for Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade. Before PepsiCo, Culpepper worked for McKessonHBOC, Inc., Clorox and Wells Fargo. (Release) Susan Magrino Agency has announced multiple executive appointments: Aurora Kessler joins the agency as senior vice president of Travel and Real Estate, and brings a wealth of global public relations experience to her role at Magrino. In her new role she will manage the firm's Travel and Real Estate practice. She previously held several signifanct in-house and agency roles, including leading Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts' global communications efforts and managing Amanresorts' public relations practice in the Asia Pacific region. She was most recently Managing Director of Rubenstein Public Relations. Vanessa Morin joins the agency as a senior account supervisor and will work in the Travel & Real Estate division. Morin was previously account supervisor at Quinn & Co. Jaclyn York joins the agency as senior account executive and will work in the Food, Wine, & Spirits division. York was previously an account executive at Nike Communications. Courtney Marzahn has been promoted to account director in the Travel & Real Estate division. Marzahn joined the agency in 2010 as an account manager. Jessica Delguercio has been promoted to senior account supervisor. Delguercio joined the agency as account supervisor in 2013. (Release) Qorvis MSLGROUP has named Colleen Wilber, previously recognized by an industry trade as one of the nation's best media professionals, as vice president. Wilber brings more than a decade of public relations, journalism and media experience to Qorvis MSLGROUP's Washington, D.C. office, where she will provide strategic counsel and execute media outreach for a host of key clients. Wilber comes to Qorvis MSLGROUP from America's Promise Alliance where she served as vice president of media relations, handling all media relations efforts related to the organization's national campaign to end the high school dropout crisis. Prior to joining America's Promise Alliance in 2007, Wilber worked as part of the national media advocacy team at the American Cancer Society. She began her career working in radio and television newsrooms. (Release)
