Always kind of a strange position to be in when you’re talking news about your own business, but such is the case as Design Week is reporting that one of its heads, Publishing Director, Roger Beckett, has turned in his resignation. Beckett was responsible for a number of different, popular design-focused publications, including both Design Week and Creative Review, and served a big role in getting them transitioned over to their new owner, Centaur Media. Here’s some:
“During my time at Centaur I have worked in many different markets but have always felt a great affinity to the creative sector. I have been fortunate enough to work alongside and do business with some fantastic people and hope that our paths will cross again in the future,” he says.
Centaur chief executive Geoff Wilmot says, “Roger has shown enormous passion and commitment to Centaur and we wish him every success for the future.”
