Be on the lookout scribes. Congressman and MSNBC regular Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) has a new exquisite Twitter photo from his 1981 high school yearbook. Weiner is clad in a baby blue turtleneck and a blazer, but most striking is the afro he’s sporting.
